Sponsor Program
The Pickleball Sponsor Program aims to incentivize individuals (referred to as Sponsors) to organize and bring a group of 8, 12 to 16 pickleball enthusiasts to our Pickleball Retreat Center in Costa Rica.
In return for their efforts, Sponsors may receive a free flight, accommodation, and meals during their stay at the retreat.
Once you land, we will take care of everything, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fun.

Sponsor Responsibilities
- Organize a Group: Recruit and confirm a group of 12 to 16 pickleball players from their club or surrounding area.
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Assist group members in booking flights and ensuring timely arrival.
- Liaise with Retreat Center: Communicate with our team to finalize group details, preferences, and schedules.
- Promote the Retreat: Share promotional materials and information to encourage participation.

- Fill Out the Sponsor Application Form: Provide your details and explain your plan for organizing a group.
- Confirmation: Once approved, you will receive confirmation and further instructions.
- Recruit Your Group: Start recruiting participants and finalize travel arrangements.
- Enjoy Your Free Retreat: Join your group in Costa Rica and enjoy a well-deserved vacation!
