Rick, a retired corporate executive, has a degree in Sports Administration, authored the book "The Atypical Leader" and has a long history of coaching successful teams both corporately and in the world of sports. Having coached 7 provincial (state) championship teams in two different sports and with 5 Atlantic championship titles to his name, he a level 3 coach in other sports, and working on his pickleball certification.
